Job Title: WordPress Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for kind, supportive, and all-around friendly individuals to join our support team!

We get a decent amount of support questions from our customers & the amazing growing community.

In general, people write & ask for support because they are frustrated & confused. As a support person, it’s your responsibility to understand what they’re saying, listen to their concerns, and help them with empathy. 

Responsibility

You’ll be making a real difference to real people’s personal & work life. All in all, you’ll be creating an excellent support experience among our customers & the community (non-customers).

We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything in advance. You can always learn/research the asked issues if you’re not sure, then find a solution & help the support seeker in a friendly manner.

Knowing uses of the below softwares are essential for this position.
